Innovation

Our embryology laboratory, completed in 2006 is one of the few in Europe, and the only one in Central England, to run as a “clean room” which means that the environment is optimised for the culture of eggs and embryos. This contributes to our goal of delivering the highest standard of care, as we have seen a steady rise in pregnancy rates since moving into these new facilities.

Advanced Diagnostics

An accurate and rapid diagnosis is essential to you receiving the best and most appropriate treatment. We are members of many UK and international quality accreditation systems and studies, giving you assurance in having a diagnosis with us. In addition to our standard semen analysis the Birmingham Women's Fertility Centre can offer in house sperm DNA damage and chromosome testing. Through our hospital location we have access to specialists in tubal diagnosis and surgery.

Comfort

The Birmingham Women's Fertility Centre has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to improve our patient environment and facilities. It is important that our patients feel relaxed and comfortable, because we understand that you may be feeling anxious as you prepare for your fertility diagnosis and / or treatment.

Patient Care

We understand how important, sensitive and confidential this treatment is for you. During your treatment, it is likely you will experience a whole range of emotions. Our experienced team will be on hand throughout your treatment to give you help, information and support.

Location

Located just outside the city centre, with the A38 (from M5, M6 or M40) and University railway station serving us, and ample parking on-site we are easily and rapidly accessible from all over the region.
