Support Groups

There are support groups for many diseases, details of which are available from us.

"Contact a Family" is a group which seeks to serve those families who are caring for children with any type of disability or special need. It provides services at national, regional and local level. There is a national helpline for parents and professionals on any topic relating to children's disabilities. Families can be linked to appropriate groups or linked on a one to-one basis. It also holds a comprehensive list of conditions and disabilities and produces a directory of all support groups.
