Recruitment Team

The Recruitment Team deal with all enquiries from internal and external customers relating the Trust Recruitment and Selection Policy process from advertising to commencement dates for new starters.

Medical Staffing

Medical Staffing Team manage the recruitment for medical staff: including junior doctors and consultants. The team also organise rotas and any locums required.

Workforce Development Training

The Workforce Team organise the Training & Development Directory and book delegates on to courses.  Courses range from mandatory courses i.e. induction etc, to professional development and skills.  NVQ training is also available in administration, care and housekeeping.

The Workforce Team also provide support on workforce planning to Directorates.

Human Resources
