- Provisional bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of a completed application form, together with payment if applicable.
- Application forms should be received at least one month prior to commencement of a course.
- Please make sure that study leave has been approved before applying for a place on a course.
- Please state your intended method of payment on the application form.
- To avoid a delay in processing your application, please make sure that you send a separate copy of your completed form directly to the Training Centre. A photocopy or faxed copy is acceptable if the original is required by your your Finance Department

Methods of Payment

- Request BCTC to invoice
Cheques should be made payable to “Birmingham Women’s NHS FoundationTrust”
If you would like the Training Centre to invoice for payment of course fees, please provide full name and address details of where we should send our invoice
All payments should be accompanied by a copy of your completed course application form.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a confirmed place on one of our courses within 4 weeks of course commencement, please note that the following charges will apply:
3-4 weeks notice: participant to pay 25% of course fee
2-3 weeks notice: participant to pay 50% of course fee
1-2 weeks notice: participant to pay 75% of course fee
0-1 weeks notice: participant to pay full amount / no refund
